Une Femme New York follows a made-to-order business model. We alert our customers with each shipping window as to when they can expect to receive their particular orders.

We offer a flat shipping rate on all addresses within the UNITED STATES. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.

RETURN POLICY

Une Femme New York accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged within 7 days of the item's receipt date, provided that all original tags are attached. To ensure safe processing, all returns will be held for two days in advance of processing. The item’s tracking number must be submitted as proof that it is in transit. Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are non-refundable. Une Femme New York is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Also, as stated on our product page, our housecoats are crafted from vintage and upcycled quilts, therefore each quilt is unique in appearance and patterns may vary from the photograph.
